The wife broke my passenger seat (W126)

I borrowed this photo from a gallery since it accurately shows my dilema. Many thanks to owner.

The wife put the seat back (just like this photo shows) one day. When I went to restore the seatback to a normal position, it would not go up. It did, however, go back further when I applied pressure to the switch on the door.

I tried again to raise the seatback - no response from switch, but switch continued lower the seatback when instructed.

NOTE: motor does not click when pressure is applied to raise the seatback.

MOTOR?
FUSE?
DOOR PANEL SEAT SWITCH?

I thought I'd ask prior to a purchase.

Thanks for input. The car is in dry dock currently as nobody wants ride with me looking at the sunroof.
