Sparks coming out of the spark-plugs connection
Ok, so I was going to check the transmition fluid to see if it was full............well as I am doing that I see that the spark-plug (2nd from the back) at the connection to the engine is sparking from the metal connection (wire) to the engine block
![]() I know this is bad, but what the hell does it mean...................time to change the wires I gather?? HELP |

Most likely your plug wires need replacing.
See if you can isolate your wires and increase the engine performance. A spark plug wire or a coil wire grounding out will decrease your engine performance. I recently found I had a coil wire that was grounding out (it wasn't routed as to be isolated from engine metal). Immediately after re-routing it the car ran better. Haasman 93 190e 2.6
