Haha a big surprise for you guys...
The factory automati**** flywheel is not that perfect, the segments that are welded to provide reading for the sensor are not even precisely welded, they are welded using 2 1inch lines of weld on each one. They are however cross positionned perpendicularly to the TDC dot on the crankshaft. I measured the segments and they had 1-2mm difference throughout the measurements. So its really not as precise as you guys might expect.

The balancing, i will not do it because the flywheel weights a mighty 10kg or more and that without the clutch disc and pressure plate attached. The segments weigh almost nothing and the fact that they are positionned the way they are, it should not offset the balance of the flywheel at all.

Try this, add some weight to either side of your car mag and you will see it will be balanced

Here is how i did it, Car purrs perfectly as before, rock steady idle no hesitation just as it was...

Enjoy,

SAved myself alot of money this way... buying a new flywheel woulda proven costly and senseless
