I guess, I just hate to see people shotgun parts at a car
to see if it fixes it. They usually end up in a deeper hole
dollar wise than if they had it diagnosed at a shop.

if i didn't know how to diagnose that system the most i would do is the cap. if it were more, i would take it to a shop. i am just providing the requested info.
