Andrei, I did this a few years ago. Its basically intellegent grunt work as everything is remove and replace. I.E. the clutch hydraulic line now goes out where the trans kickdown and reverse light switch harness was. There is no neutral safety switch (the switch on the pedal is for cruise control), although if doing it again I would wire in a neutral safety switch. Had no problem with flywheel (didn't check balance), reused clutch and PP (showed almost no wear) but did replace the T/O bearing and the pilot bearing in the end of the crank. Shifter replacement took time only due to the wires needding to be moved to r&r (also the shifter sorround wood is different). Contact me if you have questions, I'll try to help. Replace the shifter and trans linkage busings, check the flex discs. DB calls out different engine mounts for the MT, I left the AT ones in. Recently changed on principle using the MT parts, noticed no change.
