Replacing oil pan gasket difficulty rating?

Seems we have a leaky oil pan gasket on our 103 engined 88 300te.

Anyone have any advice... or experience on how difficult it is and if a hoist is needed?
I looked in the Haynes manual and it talks about exhaust removal and hoists.... but it covers so many engines and combinations its confusing!
I looked on my 124 Mercedes CD and could not find it mentioned anywhere...
Maybe I am just computer dumb!

Any input would be welcome!
