Doug, I agree with Rudy. There are a number of posts on this site referring to problems similar to yours. I've had the same thing happen and indeed it always turned out to be the Fuel Pump Relay. When these go south, it virtually disables the entire engine. Also, be sure to check the fuse on the OVP Relay (should be located on the top of the relay) prior to relacing it.
