It's your choice. I use regular fluid.

Are you aware of the unique procedure with MB transmission service... that the torque converter can be drained, and the refill procedure is two steps.

From looking around and learning as much as I can, I have indead found a how to (Change the Trans Fluid) post. Thanks for the heads-up
