I Noticed Today That Behind The Dashboared ,there Is A Little Black Box In My 1992 Mercedes Benz 400se, This Box Will Peep When You Put The Key In The Ignition ,or If You Leave The Key In ,or Lights On ,ect ,there Is 7 Wires Are Not Hooked Up To It ,i Have Numbers On The Box ,but There Is Not Numbers On The Wires ,only Colors ,please I Need Some Help To Hook Them Up To The Box ,thank You .

I suspect you are looking at an aftermarket device since a factory device would have a made to fit connector.
By connecting this device you may create problems such as No start,horns or sirens or lock out.
Is there a part number on the black box?

This is Seat Belt/Keys/Lights Warning Module N2/4
1 - Brown/Green
2 - Pink/Blue
3 - Grey/Purple (2 wires)
4 - empty
5 - Brown/Grey
6 - Black/Red/Purple
7 - Brown/Blue
8 - Brown

thanks ,it worked, like seat belt,lights worked ,but i have a problem now ,my radio is not working ,it wont turn on ,and also when i open the driver door ,the light wont come one ,but if i open other doors ,the light will go on ,also i noticed one of the fuses was burned ,i changed it ,this is when the seat belt and other lights came on ,thanks for the help ,but if you could please find out why the radio ,and the light not working ,thanks again

Well, it was disconnected for a reason I believe. Check fuses 9, 22, and 24. All these fuses are in the different circuits for module N2/4

Can you provide "photos" of this little "box" and its wiring?

the box was not disconnected befor ,i did that by mistake ,and i could not fiquer it out ,radio does not work now ,when i open driver's door the inside light wont go on ,but if i open any other doors it will ,warning lights in dash are working ,fues # 24 was burned ,i changed it ,all other fuses are looking good

I Have Checked All The Fuses ,both Boxes ,they Are Good ,wires Looks Good ,but It Seems There Is No Power Going To The Radio At All ,i Checked The Fuses For The Radio And The Amp ,if I Leave The Key In Ignition ,the Device Don't Peep,when I Open Driver's Door ,the Light Don't Turn On ,but If I Open Any Other Door ,the Light Will Go On ,if I Leave The Head Lights On And Take The Key Out ,the Device Don't Peep Either ,it Seems Like One Related Problem For All Of Them ,not Sure What It Is , I Really Need Some Help With That ,thank You All .
