I bought a used 1986 300 E which had the air bag blown. I replaced the air bag and thought all was well. Recently I relamped the dash lights and found the SRS light burned out. With new lamps in the dash the SRS light will not go out. Any ideas where to look? Where are the crash triggers located? Seatbelts affect this light? Can I use a DVM to trouble shoot this circuit without triggering the new bag? |
