I started on engine removal on a 280C this weekend. Removed the radiator, started on declutching fan. The CD says to remove a bolt in the middle of the fan hub, but this car has a tab that covers a pin and a bushing that the pin fits into.
Removed the tab, and the pin. There does not seem to be anything else to remove, and the hub will not budge. Do I need to go after the bolts that hold the pulley on the water pump shaft or is there a trick with the fan hub? TIA Chuck
