The weirdest thing happened today, I picked up my boss at the airport this morning and the A/C quit blowing cold air. It was blowing barely cool air but not removing any humidity.

Then, when I dropped him off again, as soon as I started the engine up, cold air! So far, the rest of today, it's working fine.

Could I have a bad switch? I hope that's all it is.

This idicates a slip or an overload on the A/C gas system. I would check and make sure that the auxillary fans are working on the low speed when the gas pressure is high.

Good luck

Thanks Donnie,

How do I check the fans? I have noticed that sitting in traffic or a drive through, the temp goes up to 100-105, then the fan comes on and the temp goes down to 85.

Do you think there is any connection?
