2001 CLK 320 hot start problems

I have a 2001 CLK 320 with a starting issue.Starts up just fine when it is cold but after driving a few minutes and shutting the car off it does not want to start. If left to sit an hour or so it starts just fine.Drive it a bit and it will not start again.Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. The car has 100,000 miles

Most likely the CPS is going out....crank position sensor. Do a search on it for more info.
