Some exclusive E 500 body parts (like the wider front fenders) confuse sellers into believing the car has AMG parts.

Although, AMG parts (I guess) could be added to an E 500 quite easily (as they are widely available at factory order or aftermarket).

Personally, I would not buy an E 500 with AMG parts attached to it. I would rather have the original look.

Except, of course, there never was an E500 station wagon.

That's a LOT of parts!

(As a matter of fact, there never was a V8-engined W124 station wagon, 400 or 500)
