2000 CLK 430 cabrio -
Car won't start w BAS/ESP ECU plugged in. Car was in shop for bodywork, brake booster removed along w both ECUs.
Car starts after mechanic removed this green wire from the BAS/ESP ECU. Replaced tail lamp switch, brake lights don't illuminate and car won't start w BAS/ESP ECU plugged in still. Could this be a problem w the brake booster and the connections below master cylinder??
Conv top work actuate. Trunk lock looks like it has been monkeyed w before. Replaced damaged vacuum pump. Locks all work. Conv hydraulic pump won't turn on. Is there a way to check if trunk lock is bad?? Issues I should check for top operation? Fluid level is full
thanks!!
