Question Need help on A 1983 380sel -POOR running

I have a guys '83 E320sel and I can't figure why it has a miss to it. I just started it cold and ran down the street and it runs fine... NO MISSING. When It is warm and under load, it will miss intermittently like bad ignition.
HERE IS what I did:
Replaced sparkplugs, Nippon Denso.
Replaced the plug wires including the plug caps.
Replaced the CAP and ROTOR.
I have checked the connections at the ignition box mounted on the left wheel well.
The car has 255K on it but the engine has less. I have adjusted the injection at the air box...no good.

ANY IDEAS OUT THERE???
