inertia switch
i have a 91 300TE 4matic that the main fuel pump located at the fuel tank won't come on. I was told there was once a problem with the inertia switch located near the brake pedal. Does this sound reasonable to anyone and if so, where do i find the switch?

MB's never used a system like that. Ford's use that.
ON your car the fuel pump is controlled by the MAS relay.

mas relay location
any quick hints on it's location and how to identify it? i have no resources other than this forum. i inherited the car for free because it wouldn't start and have managed to figure out the fuel pump is not coming on. i haven't had a chance to see if there is power at the pump yet or not.
