Your Opinion Flex Disk Cracks

I have what I feel is a significant vibration at about 80 MPH in my 1988 560SL. Vibration diminishes significantly when I let off on gas. The rear flex disk has the cracks shown and it will be replaced.

However I'm not sure if I found the root cause. Is this significant enough to be felt. Ive seen flex disks in the past with problems but they were always significantly worse than this. Of course they weren't on my car so who knows.

Also I'm having difficulty removing the aft part of the driveshaft. CD says to disconnect parking break leaver which I am about to try. It still doesn't look like its going to give me enough room. I almost got it out through the front but the aft flange hooks on the center bearing support. Any tips.
