Sagging Sunvisors

I've searched the threads, but haven't really heard of a fix for my particular sunvisor. It won't stay up all the way, or out all the way, it just kinda hangs. I can pull the visor a few inches out of its rod, but no further. Any suggestions?

pull it out and put something on it, like tape or something, this would give it more resistance and likely stay up
