I don't know the exact architecture of the MB injection system as far as how it relates to what I know about EFI systems but if it bears any resemblance to a Chevy TPI, you could try two things. One, raise the fuel pressure. The drawback of this is that you may have to raise it so far the injectors might not function properly. Two, install larger injectors. The down side here is that you can't readily switch back to regular gasoline whenever you want to.
E85 also attacks plastic parts so you have to make sure everything is fit for contact with it.
