rubber ring or band for muffler??? 260 E

I have a 260E and the muffler is kind of just hanging there. I'm currently using zip ties where I think there used to be a thick black rubber band supporting the muffler on each side. Can somebody tell me the part number or part description so I can order a replacement. thanks.

Those big black "rubber bands" are available at most auto discount houses. You will have to figure out which size you need. They carry a pretty wide variety.

And if you don't have to have them yesterday, or are ordering other items from PartsShop or FastLane, you can get them right here.

I think what you are looking for is: RING,EXHAUST HANGER(RUBBER) part # 124 492 00 44.

Thanks everybody. I'm going to be ordering the part soon plus some oil filters for the next change.
