VERY hard to remove the mirror glass from this mirror unless the mirror is still on the car! THE wire that you see is the KEY for removal, you must push the mirror(spring loaded) towards the side window & then you can see the wire retainer that holds the mirror glass to the elect motor. Yes you can but the Glass by itself!! somewhat $$$ as it is Heated.
