Webbing or entire assembly? It's hard to find someone to service seat belts because of liability issues. I've been able to find webbing and replace it myself... that way I'm only liable for myself.

If the buckle no longer works (latches) is the only repair to take the entire seat belt assembly out and replace it?
Mine will latch after you fiddle around with it a bit, but probably has a worn component in there that is making it hard to do.
