e320 idle problem

Hope you can help, I have a 1996 E320 Avaantgarde with a idle
that is stable for 2-3 minutes then decides to drop to 200-300 rpm the car shakes then resumes normal idle.
I have changed the plugs all three coil packs, still the problem exsists.
I have used injector cleaner still no good.

Any advice would be appreciated.
