start up question.

Lately ive been having a lil bit of a hesitation when i 1st statrt my car especially in the morning, i was wondering what that could possibly come from.its like i have to turn the key atleast twice instead of the 1 time that i usually did when i 1st got the car.My car is a 190 e 2.3 1987 bezn manual tranny. whats yur sugesstion.
