98' E320 OverVoltageRelay - ???

My check engine light came on, so I disconnected the battery cable. Now the check engine light is off, but the ABS and BAS/ASR
come on. I figure it got to be the OVR. I looked almost everywhere and couldn't find it. Does anyone know where it is? or am I looking at the right direction to reset the ABS and BAS/ASR lights?
