I bought two click torque wrenches, -> 'made in Tiawan' from Harbor Freight, years ago.
They have worked most excellently for me.

I have an old 'beam' style craftsman wrench I use to check the clickers with, I have a 'double ended' female 3/8" sq drive 'socket?' to connect the two wrenches together, allus been close enough to not attempt calibration.
