560 SEL Starter Won't Run

560 SEL Starter Won't Run

My 1987 560 SEL would not start this morning. Seems to be plenty of electric power but could not get the starter to turn over. No sounds at all coming from under the hood. Is there anything I can check before having the car towed to the shop?
