Rebuilt transmissions from ADSITCO

Chaps,

My wife's 1995 E320 will need a new transmission [139K miles]. Our local MB independent shop estimates a $5K job.

ADSITCO sells rebuilt transmissions included rebuilt torque converter for $1,795.00 plus shipping.

ADSITCO is a reputable company but would like to know if anyone has experience with their rebuilt parts - engine, transmissions, etc. Do they use genuine MB parts?
