Question 1990 300E ODO Problem

My daughters has well and trully "fixed" her odometer by (I think) resetting the trip meter while on the move.

Anyone fill me in on what I need to do to get this legal again ?

Also trying to ID the part number for the Amber bulb on her clear corner lights.

Thanks
