W126 ASD Light and Troubleshooting
My 1991 350SDL has ASD ... or used to.
I have been unable to find a troubleshooting guide or procedure for the "ASD Light On" fault. I assume the ASD is NOT working with the light on all the time - versus it flashing when the ASD does work in normal mode. Can anyone help me with this? I hate guessing ... my final resort is simply to start replacing components - best guess would be the accumulator in the right rear of the car. Help! Thanks!
