the '94 E320 Coupe has dark burl walnut inserts and 4 place seating (like the E500),
if the coupe has the coveted Sportline package, I've heard that it'll have the 4 place seating of the E500 with higher bolstered sides, quicker ratio steering, smaller sportline steering wheel, sportline shift knob, more aggresive/wider/lower profile 15" tires, sportline springs too (lower and different rate). the coupe consistently gets 23-25mpg (combined), and is a bit heavier vs sedan E320 due to the stiffening of chassis for the coupe version I wish it had the hydraulic self leveling of the E500..., when I load the mountain bikes and gear (300lbs), it has a weird looking rear end biased rake that looks rather overburdened! hope this helps -fad '94 E320 Coupe (94.5k): winter pack, chromies,CD, P6000 Summer '94 E500 (36.2k), Bridgestone S-03 '88 BMW 325is (145k) Bilstein Sports, 15"BBS Mesh 205/55, urethane bushings front and rear, dunlop SP9000 '88 Toyota Celica GT (242k-original owner w/ mtr never opened!) I vote for the e420!!!
I have the e320...drove the e500....couldn't afford the maitence and i wanted to use it as a daily driver.....drove a e420...now my eyes are set on one! ren |
