Angry Stripped Hex Bolt Trans Modulator

Any tips on removing a stripped trans modulator bolt. 1983 300sd.
Modulator is bad, I was all set to change it. The front bolt came out fine the rear bolt head was stripped. Is ther any way to remove it without droping the trans ? Thanks edfred1
