i can't remove my headrest ??

I tried pressing the button at the back of the seat (front & Passenger) but to no avail i can't seem to remove my headrest?? aince i needed to remove this one prior to installing my new seat covers. Can anyone please direct me ?? And also how to remove the driver armrest.... thank you very much ......Oh by the way ... my car is 190e
