Yep, that was it -- Solved!. Started up easy. I checked over everything else and did some cleaning.
Since I had the CIS-E airflow assembly off, I took the opportunity to replace my driver side engine mount. It "looked" like it had collapsed. When I removed it, everything just fell onto the ground in pieces!

Any lessons learned? That's a Meyle brand from AHAZ, right? Did you use any tools to install it that may have left tool marks? I dread replacing those hoses because of access...

Not sure...All the others look OK. Yes it was Meyle brand. I bought an OE from the dealer (list $26) the guy I know there is pretty cool and gives me shop discounts. I got it for $13.
So yes the OE are over 3x the price of Meyle! No tool marks...That particular one from the ICV to TB is very straight forward.

Buy any and all rubber and plastic components from the dealership!
