M103 mixture adjustment question

Can i adjust my idle and mixture from only o2 sensor? (under the carpet)
Or must adjust it from x11 connector. They does same thing? So which is the best way?
When i try to get reading from x11 connector, its really complicated and jumpy reading.

I readed from different sources and i am really confused about settings
How must i adjust it?At 2500rpm?Or idle? (ideal 0.5v ?)
please clean explain
Sorry for my English.

use the diagnostic connector pins # 2 and 3 for the duty cycle .This will be easy if you clean the pins in case they are causing a erratic reading .
the duty cycle is a changing value, and a 50 to 54 % reading should be fine for basic adjustment
