How to open foglight assembly?

Hi,

I need to replace my foglight bulb of my 1998 E-320. I am able to open the small hinge door under the bumper. However, I couldn't detach or open the back of the foglight assembly in order to replace the bulb. Would anyone give me a direction on how to do so? I will really appreciate it very much. Thank you.
