Fastlane calls it a guide rod repair kit.
It's the guide rod bushing. The other side near the firewall is called the guide rod mount. http://catalog.peachparts.com/ShopByVehicle.epc?q=1987-Mercedes--Benz-4--0sel-Suspension&yearid=1987%40%401987&makeid=63%40%40MERCEDES+BENZ%40%40X&modelid=6263%3AED%7C10000055%3AMBC%7C1533%40%40420SEL&catid=241464%40%40Suspension&subcatid=241520@@Guide+Rod+Repair+Kit&mode=PD

The FSM calls the guide rod the brake support so you might find the bushings under that name too
