2000 S500 abs/brake system warning light

2000 S500 abs/brake system warning light

The ABS and brake system warning lights are illuminated and the car is stuck in park. In addition, the brake lights do no opreate when the brake pedal is pushed. Turn signals and hazards are functioning properly. Any suggestions?
