W208 2000 CLK Soft Top
I've searched through countless threads, but can't find my specific issue addressed. I apologize in advance if I've missed a thread that addresses this problem.
Symptoms: - Soft top control module has been replaced - Soft top does not actuate (although windows go down properly and relay clicks) - Head restraints do not go up/down - Windows have been reset - Battery has been disconnected/reconnected - Relay has been replaced - Voltage (through A/C diagnostic is 14.2) - Trunk seems to open/close/lock properly - Luggage switch is closed - Top light does not blink (remains solid when trying to actuate) Would the trunk lock impact the roll-bar/head restraints? Is it possible to by-pass or close the loop on the trunk lock to eliminate this as a cause? I have palm trisco scanner, but can't find any particularly relevant fault codes using the 38 pin connector. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like the pump motor has gone bad, common issue.
When the switch is operated do you hear an electric motor running?
