722.118 brake band advice req'd
G'day Folks,
I'm in the process of checking the condition of my 722.118 transmission and I'd like some advice on the condition of the brake bands. As they've been sat for about 30 years in ATF they look pretty saturated and they appear to be crumbling at the open ends. I guess I'll be replacing them as I've now got the gearbox in bits but even so I'd like to know what the experts think. Here are the pictures:- And here's the condition of the drums As usual thanks for any help you may be able to give.

The bands in the first 2 pictures are worn out. Replace them!
