300E weight?

Hey how much does a 87' 300E weigh? I need to know for tires...

when you open the front door there will be a metal tag revitied to the car body under the strike side of the lock. i think it is the biggest number.

If you are looking for the weight to match to the weight rating of the tires, you need to consider the loaded weight. That is likely equal to 1000 to 1200 lbs more than the weight of the empty vehicle.

I believe the maximum weight of the vehicle is listed on that plaque you no longer have, but I would be surprised if it is less than 4,000 or so lbs.

check the tires you have now and yu can tell from those if they are not totally shot. it should say on the side wall.

Well the tires i had before didn't last very long, so now i how 2 rear tires that are nearly slicks. Also im upgrading to 16" rims and tires, so thats why i needed that info.
