What value dumy resistor for C220 airbag circuit testing?

I'm checking a '94 passenger airbag circuit and need to replace the bag with a simulator. Searching has found 1, 2 and 3 ohm specs. Which should I use?

2-5 ohms is the spec. for the airbag ignition circuit. DO NOT test the airbag with an ohmmeter.
