Self Leveling system
Can the self leveling pump be rebuilt? Do I have to buy a new one. Where can I find it?

I do not believe there are any rebuilt hydraulic pumps. I assume you are referring to the cam-driven circular one found on older models? A new one usually runs in the $500-$550 range.

I have a 93 400SEL, how can I tell if it has self-leveling or not.
Thanks I hope I don't have it with that price.

Look for a pump and reservoir in the engine compartment. It will be the odd one you can`t identify as p/s, water ect.
