help me diagnose this noise, please

hey all,

I have a pretty severe vibration coming into the chassis at anything above 35-40mph. Changing the subframe mounts helped substantially, but it persists. I took the below video with the car on jackstands, you can clearly hear something balking when the drivetrain is engaged, but i'm not sure what it is. New center support will be going in soon, but the driveshaft looks like it's spinning smoothly (rubber is deteriorated, however). Flex discs are 25k old and the vibration damper has been removed.

also: I'm assuming the diff needs a new set of clutches since the passenger wheel is not engaging too well (car is a 16v - has a LSD)
