Keep in mind that I can actuate the drivers seat from SDS and it works exactly as it is supposed to. I would have surmised that this was a good indication that the seat control module was fine. Could it have been just a coincidence that the issue started when the EIS was changed out?

If you actuate the seat with the sds when you are in the seat control module and it works correctly and if the actual values for the seat switch respond correctly when you are watching them in the door control module my guess would be the door control module is somehow messing things up. Version coding affects most everything somehow in some way but it sounds like you have looked at that in the eis other than that I cant think of anything.
