A little help with california emissions...
Hey everyone! I was wondering if someone could fill me in on California emissions... I have a 92 300e, and I live in Texas, where they don't run emissions tests, and if they do, they have never botherd me about one... Im gonna be going to college in a year or so, and I was thinking about some colleges in Cali. I was wondering what, if anything, I have to do to my car to comply with emissions standards, or if I even have to meet them considering my car is pretty old...
