Can anyone plz tell me where the ABS Solenoid Valve Relay (A7/3k1) is located??

1992 300SD W140

Had the ABS light come on within a few metres of driving. Then would come on everytime the car was started until I disconected the battery. Then would come on again within a few metres of driving, along with hard / rough steering.

-Brake light switch replaced with MB OE. No change.
-Swapped ABS module & Base module with known working one from working car. No change.

-Scaned pin 6 (ABS Module) with pulse counter and got these codes:
DTC 2 Left front axle vehicle speed sensor (L6/1)
DTC 7 Right front axle solenoid valve (A7/3y2)
DTC 9 No Fault on chart for my year / model, but on JimF sites for newer models it refers to: Right rear axle solenoid valve (A7/3y4)
DTC 11 Solenoid valve relay (A7/3k1)

-Changed Left Front sensor & ABS light went away for about 10min of driving, then came back. The hard steering started first, then the ABS light came on.

I'm left to think my issue is this Solenoid Valve Relay (A7/3k1), can anyone tell me where it is. I've searched online & alldata and just can't figure out which one it is.

Much apprechiated.

Not sure but I think it's on the pump itself, you take off the black plastic cover and there are relays there.

^^ you'll find two relays mounted under that cover.

Pefect. The smaller relay of the two has seem to do the trick. The ABS light has been off for a few trips now. (There was a Black & Silver Relay under the black plastic cover). I changed the silver one, which was smaller in size than the black one.

I still don't have smooth steering restored though
When I start the vehicle it has smooth steering, but then within a few seconds turns hard as if the power steering pump is turned down (not completely off). Any ideas what cause this?

I think it's called SPS, Speed-dependent power steering, i am thinking a wheel speed sensor is possibly affecting this solenoid in the steering gear which makes it easy to turn (at low speeds) or harder to turn (at higher speeds). I'm sorry I don't really know much more about it than that, such as what triggers the solenoid. If you can possibly see an electrical connection at the power steering pump I would try disconnecting it, although if it never changes to the harder-to-steer position you might not like the way it feels on the highway, but you could try it as a test.
