I replaced my defective 20 year old switch with a new one. I have a few friends in parts. So he ordered a new one. As soon as it came in and saw the brand I told him he better be prepared to order a new one. I had him call his euro parts division to make sure it had a 1 year warranty and to see if they had ANY other lines. They said no to other brands.

Well upon install one of the metal ears snapped off and now I only have headlights with parking lights. I can not just have parking lights alone.

So he called, and ordered a new one. Because of the tab that broke. It came in and he was confused. Same exact part number, but a new line number of MER. And its $20 more? Odd he though.

Well I took one look and knew what it was. The real deal MB stamped, made in Italy, headlight switch. Even in Mercedes OEM packaging.

Heck, for $20 more I would rather have that!! Total cost is only $68.00. I wish I had known form the start. Not that replacing the switch is hard at all. Just takes up my time.

So there goes ANOTHER URO brand part. They make ONE thing well, its called "crap" and comes free with every product.
