Unhappy transmission not engaging in any gears???

ok after a very long week trying to get my 260e started after it has been at the worst shop iv ever took a car to i got it started. well every few revolutions of the engine theres this bad friction noise comming from the bellhousing area i believe and whenever it happens it kills the engine. and when i go to shift to any gears it does absolutly nothing no engaging what so ever. it was at the shop for a complete drivetrain repacement and judging by the way i got the car back from this idiot i thing he put something together wrong. its also leaking transmission fluid from the bellhousing.

If the guy didnt align the torque converter and lock it in place, he's ruined the front of your transmission.
